摘  要:轴向永磁电机由于其轴向尺寸短、功率密度和效率高等优点,在许多领域应用前景广阔。轴向电机特殊的磁路结构使其散热结构和方式有别于传统径向电机,近年来已有大量文献针对该类电机的热设计和优化进行深入的研究。该文介绍了轴向电机各种损耗及其计算方法的研究现状,对轴向电机热分析方法的特点进行总结归纳,分析不同热管理技术的共性规律,阐释它们各自的优缺点。最后,给出轴向电机热设计方法未来的发展方向,展望轴向电机的应用前景。该文研究工作对轴向永磁电机的理论研究和工程应用都具有一定的参考价值。Axial flux permanent magnet machines(AFPMM) have a broad application prospect in many fields due to its advantages of short axial size, high power density and high efficiency. The special magnetic circuit structure of AFPMM makes its heat dissipation structure and model different from the traditional radial motor. In recent years, a large number of literatures have conducted in-depth research on the thermal design and optimization of AFPMM. This paper introduced the research status of the loss calculation of AFPMM, analyzed the characteristics of its thermal analysis methods, summarized the key problems of thermal management technologies, and gave their merits and demerits. Finally, the development trends of the thermal design methods of AFPMM were prospected. This paper could provide certain reference for the theoretical research and engineering applications of AFPMM.
