工业废弃地的改造设计研究

摘　　要：自二十世纪以来,我国工业发展迅速,全国形成了多个工业城市,但随着生产力的提升,大多数工业城市遗留下来的工业园区成为废弃地,工业废弃地的改造设计至关重要。本文首先以工业废弃地为研究对象,通过分析工业废弃地的形成总结出改造设计的意义,然后通过案例分析提出改造设计的思路。以期为工业废弃地的更新利用在未来的相关实践活动中提供参考,探寻工业废弃地未来的发展方向与功能转型策略。Since the 20th century,China's industrial development has been rapid,the formation of a number of industrial cities,but with the improvement of productivity,most of the industrial parks left by industrial cities become abandoned land,the transformation of industrial abandoned land design is very important.In this paper,the industrial wasteland as the research object,through the analysis of the formation of industrial wasteland summed up the transformation design significance.Through the analysis of the case,the paper puts forward the design idea of the reconstruction.In order to provide reference for the renewal and utilization of industrial wasteland in the future related practice activities,explore the future development direction and functional transformation strategy of industrial wasteland.
