摘  要:在“北斗三号”MEO卫星双星并行研制过程中,综合考虑总体任务需求、卫星热控特点、热控方案及现有试验条件,提出“双星同时进罐,单星热平衡,双星热真空”的真空热试验方案,并通过仿真分析对因两星相互遮挡引起的附加热流进行修正,实现两颗卫星同时使用同一空间环境模拟设备即可完成热平衡及热真空2项试验。数据比较表明,热平衡试验结果对在轨卫星温度的预示较为准确,验证了上述双星并行真空热试验方法的可行性。In the parallel development of the twin Beidou-3 MEO satellites,a test scheme of“the two satellites entering the same tank at the same time,the thermal balance test for a single satellite,and the thermal vacuum test for the both satellites”is proposed with a careful consideration of the overall mission requirements,the thermal control characteristics and schemes of the satellites,as well as and the existing test conditions.Meanwhile,the additional heat flow caused by the shielding between the two satellites is corrected through a simulation analysis.The thermal balance test and the thermal vacuum test can be simultaneously completed in the same vacuum tank at one time.The flight data in orbit show that the thermal balance test result can be used for predicting the temperature of the satellites in orbit with a good accuracy,thus it can be said that the parallel vacuum thermal test method is practical.
