摘  要:针对宇航用元器件可靠性验证要求,提出宇航用100 V厚膜DC/DC电源变换器的极限评估方法。以新研典型产品为例,依据型号应用的关键参数、相关极限判据和器件详细规范初稿,制定极限评估试验项目及其方法、条件,进行针对性的电应力、温度应力、机械应力等极限试验,并依据试验结果分析器件的各类极限、可靠性裕量等信息,为宇航用100 V厚膜DC/DC电源变换器的研制和应用提供参考。This paper proposes a method for the limit stress assessment of 100 V hybrid DC/DC converter in the space applications,to confirm the reliability requirement of the components.With a new typical product as an example,according to the key parameters for the model application,the related limit criteria and the first draft of the detailed device specifications,we formulate the limit stress assessment test items,the methods and the conditions,and carry out the targeted limit tests for the electrical stress,the temperature stress,and the mechanical stress.The test results include the various limits,the reliability margin and other information of the device,serving as a reference for the development and the application of 100 V hybrid DC/DC converter in space applications.
