摘 要:对某上面级供电系统采用的5块单体数量、放电电流均存在差异的银锌电池进行热控设计,以保证其工作参数稳定。首先用真空绝热量热法获得了1块典型电池的热容量及其不同放电电流下的热功耗变化规律;然后,测量过程中采取有效的漏热控制措施并精确测量系统的实际漏热量,以确定系统漏热对测量精度的影响;最终在测量分析的基础上,采用不同红外发射率的热控涂层进行组合的方式实现了上面级电池的热控设计。遥测数据表明上述热控设计下各电池温度处于常温温区,热控效果均满足要求。This paper proposes a design of the thermal control system with 5 five silver zinc batteries of various cell number and electric currents to be used in an upper stage vehicle.Firstly,the adiabatic calorimetry is used to determine the heat capacity and the thermal consumption of a representative battery,along with the relationship between its thermal consumption and the electric current.Then,effective measures are taken to reduce the heat leak,and the background heat leak of the system is measured for accurately determining the heat loss.In the end,by balancing the applied area of two kinds of thermal control coatings to ensure a proper equivalent emittance of the battery’s surface,the battery is designed to maintain in a room temperature range.The telemetry data show that the above goal has been achieved.
