产业结构升级对空气质量的非线性影响——以山西省为例

摘　　要：资源型区域空气污染严重,对经济发展造成的制约作用不容忽视,研究山西省产业结构升级对空气质量的影响,对资源型区域经济转型有重要意义。文中选择山西省11个二级市2004—2016年的面板数据,从多个角度构建了门限回归模型。研究结果显示:(1)山西省产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化均能够对PM2.5形成显著的制约作用,有利于空气质量改善,且均具有显著的双重门限效应;(2)产业结构高级化对PM2.5的制约作用呈"倒U"型特征;(3)产业结构合理化对PM2.5的制约作用呈"U"型特征。即山西省产业结构高级化程度的持续提升,并不能最大程度地改善空气质量;但产业结构合理化水平的提升能够持续改善空气质量。Air pollution in resource-based regions is serious, and its restriction on economic development cannot be ignored. It is of great significance to study the nonlinear impact of industrial structure upgrading on air quality in Shanxi Province for the economic transformation of resource-based regions. Based on the panel data of 11 cities in Shanxi province from 2004 to 2016, the nonlinear influence was analyzed by the panel threshold regression model with sophistication of industrial structure(SIS), rationalization of industrial structure(RIS),economic development scale(ES)and degree of urban development(PR) as threshold variables. The results show that:(1)SIS and RIS can markedly restrict PM2.5, and contribute to the improvement of air quality, and both have significant double threshold effect;(2) Under different threshold variables, the restrictive function of SIS on PM2.5 were inverted U-shaped relationship;(3) Under different threshold variables, the restrictive function of RIS on PM2.5 were U-shaped relationship.In the process of industrial structure transformation in Shanxi Province, the continuous upgrading of industrial structure cannot improve air quality to the greatest extent.But air quality can be improved by continuously improving the rationalization of industrial structure.
