摘 要:以PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)与Al2O3(氧化铝)为主要成分的涂料,对PE(聚乙烯)基膜进行单面涂覆改性,制备出满足Li/LiCoO2电池使用的复合隔离膜.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉力测试机、电化学工作站、热收缩测试仪等对隔离膜的表面形貌、机械性能、热收缩性能以及电化学性能进行表征.结果显示,PVDF与Al2O3的混合涂层能够改善PE基膜的机械性能、热收缩性能和电化学性能,证明协同改性是一种提高Li/LiCoO2电池性能的有效途径.The composite separators were prepared by polyethylene(PE)separator that was modified on single surface side by coatings of PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride)and Al_(2)O_(3)(alumina)as the main components to meet the requirements of Li/LiCoO_(2)batteries.The surface morphology,mechanical properties,thermal shrinkage and electrochemical properties of the separators were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),tensile testing machine,electrochemical workstation and heat shrink tester.The results showed that the hybrid coatings of PVDF and Al_(2)O_(3)could improve the mechanical properties,heat shrinkability and electrochemical properties of polyethylene separators,which proved that synergistic modification was an effective way to improve the performance of Li/LiCoO_(2)batteries.
