摘 要:面对离散制造系统能耗的复杂性和不确定性等特点,急需一种有效的能效瓶颈点识别方法.首先,采用偏相关系数分析方法排除其他指标节点对两个相关系数节点的影响,使得各个指标节点之间的相关性得以量化,以确定其相关系数;其次,利用解析结构模型剖析能耗之间及影响系统能效水平的深层次因素,识别出生产过程中系统能效的瓶颈点;最后,结合仿真验证了其合理性和高效性,为提高实际生产能效水平提供了重要参考依据.Considering the complexity and uncertainty of energy consumption in discrete manufacturing system,an effective energy efficiency bottleneck identification method is urgently needed.Therefore,this paper firstly uses partial correlation coefficient analysis method to exclude the influence of other index nodes on the two correlation coefficient nodes,so that the correlation between each index node can be quantified to determine its correlation coefficient;then,the importance relationship between energy consumption is analyzed by using the analytical structure model,and the deep-seated factors that affect the energy efficiency level of manufacturing system are analyzed;finally,the identification of the correlation coefficient between the energy consumption of the manufacturing system is carried out.The bottleneck point of system energy efficiency in the production process is verified by simulation,which provides an important reference for improving the actual production energy efficiency level.
