摘　　要：目的探讨血小板浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factors,CGF)对窦道性慢性根尖周炎患者根尖区骨组织缺损修复的影响。方法选取70例窦道性慢性根尖周炎患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组、观察组。对照组采用根尖刮治术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合CGF治疗,对比两组临床疗效、骨吸收情况、骨密度、灰度值、血清骨形成指标、牙周临床指标以及血清炎症因子的变化。结果(1)观察组临床总有效率高于对照组。(2)观察组治疗后3个月以及治疗后6个月垂直骨吸收量以及舌侧骨吸收量均明显低于对照组。(3)观察组治疗后3个月以及治疗后6个月骨密度值以及灰度值均明显高于对照组。(4)观察组患者治疗后血清Ca、P以及ALP水平均明显高于对照组。(5)治疗前两组CRP及TNF-α水平比较无明显差异;治疗后两组CRP及TNF-α水平均下降,观察组CRP及TNF-α水平明显低于对照组。结论CGF对窦道性慢性根尖周炎患者根尖区骨组织缺损修复效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of platelet concentrated growth factor(CGF)on the repair of bone tissue defects in the apical region of patients with chronic sinus periapical periodontitis.Methods Seventy patients with chronic sinus periapical periodontitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with apical curettage,and the observation group was combined with CGF on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,bone resorption,bone density,gray value,serum bone formation index,periodontal clinical index and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups of patients.Results(1)The total clinical effective rate of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group.(2)The vertical bone resorption and lingual bone resorption in the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group.(3)The bone mineral density and gray value of the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group.(4)The levels of serum Ca,P and ALP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.(5)There was no significant difference in CRP and TNF-αlevels between the two groups before treatment;the levels of CRP and TNF-αin the two groups decreased after treatment,and the levels of CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion CGF has a significant effect on the repair of bone tissue defects in the apical region of patients with sinus chronic periapical periodontitis.
