摘　　要：对氧气顶吹转炉在倾动炉体旋转过程中出现异响的现象,进行系统的分析。从倾动二次减速机到自调螺栓一一排查,最后确定异响来源于自调螺栓球面螺母松动。进一步对球面螺母松动的原因进行分析,找出了故障的根源并采取有效措施,防止故障再次发生。Make a systematical analysis on the phenomenon of abnormal sound come from the tilting of top oxygen blown converter.A thorough Inspection is carried out from the secondary reducer.tilting to self-adjusting bolts check.Finally,the abnormal sound is confirmed.It is turned out that it comes from the loosening of the spherical nut of self-adjusting bolts.The loosening reason is further analyzed and found out.Effective measures are taken to prevent faults from happening again.
