摘　　要：Brucella is gram-negative,facultative,intracellular bacteria implicated in infectious zoonosis diseases,particularly among domestic animals,that are also transmittable to humans.The genus Brucella is classified based on the primary host preferences,pathogenicity,host preference,and phenotypic characteristics of its species[1].
