全面小康社会城乡健康体育多元化融合发展研究

摘　　要：在我国全面建设小康社会的大背景下,分析目前城乡健康体育发展的多元化结构和存在形式,研究全面小康社会健康体育多元化融合的发展要素、构成要素、供给要素,确立了全面小康社会健康体育的基本含义以及“以城带乡,以乡促城,相互融合、协调发展”的多元化融合发展目标。结合当前我国全面小康社会建设的实际,提出了政府主导、统筹规划,城市社区为先导、推进多元化服务供给,拓宽城乡健康体育融资渠道、促进融合发展,积极构建多元融合的网络化、信息化管理系统等发展思路。In the context of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in China,it is of great importance to analyze the diversified structure and existence of health&sports in both rural and urban areas,to study the development elements,fundamental elements and the supply elements for the multi-integrated health&sports development,as it helps define the health&sports system in an all-round well-off society,and clarifies the all-for-one objectives of“the urban leading the trend,the rural pushing the urban,the urban fusing with the rural,coordinate development of the rural and the urban”.Based on the facts of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,the following development ideas are thus put forward:to work out a multi-integrated network and information management system,which is government-led,over-all planned,with urban community taking initiatives,so as to promote diversified service,broaden financing channels for both urban and rural health&sports,facilitate integrated development.
