摘 要:在介绍热管堆中热管的基本工作原理基础上,讨论了制造热管材料和毛细芯材料的选材问题。通过对多种可用于制造热管的马氏体耐热钢、奥氏体耐热钢、铁镍基合金以及镍基合金的较全面讨论,探讨了9%(质量分数)Cr马氏体耐热钢、18Cr-8Ni系奥氏体耐热钢以及镍基耐热合金用于制造热管的可行性。并建议后续对特殊性能补充系统性试验,积累完善相关数据,并制定候选材料的制造工艺标准。热管用毛细芯则可以选用具有超强虹吸能力的新型多孔镍基合金材料。Based on the introduction of the basic working principle of the heat pipe of the heat pipe reactor, the selection of materials for manufacturing heat pipe and capillary core was discussed. Based on a comprehensive discussion of a variety of martensitic heat-resistant steel, austenitic heat-resistant steel, iron nickel base alloy and nickel base alloy that may be used for the manufacture of heat pipes, discussed the feasibility of 9%Cr martensitic heat-resistant steel, 18 Cr-8 Ni series austenitic heat-resistant steel, and nickel based heat resistant alloy to be used for heat pipe. And suggested that some special properties should be tested systematically to improve the accumulation of relevant data. For the manufacturing process of candidate materials, appropriate standards should be established. The capillary core can be made of a new porous nickel base alloy with super siphon ability.
