摘 要:目的:研究双能数据重建参数对痛风双源CT尿酸盐结晶检测结果的影响。方法:回顾性选择46例痛风患者的双源CT检查资料,利用CT原始数据重建4组双能数据(80 keV/140keV),重建层厚(mm)/间距(mm)分别为A组0.6/0.3、B组0.75/0.4、C组1.0/0.5、D组1.5/0.8,各组显示视野及中心点均一致。将4组双能数据导入痛风处理软件Dual-EnergyGout进行尿酸盐分析,并利用体积分析软件Volume计算尿酸盐结晶体积。对4组结果中尿酸盐结晶的分布、形态予以主观评价。利用SPSS22.0软件,采用卡方检验及秩和检验进行统计分析。结果:4组检测结果中尿酸盐结晶体积分别为(6.93±19.36)、(6.49±18.26)、(6.18±17.55)和(5.42±15.18)mm^(3);尿酸盐结晶分布评分分别为(1.09±0.28)、(1.00±0.00)、(0.04±0.21)和(0.04±0.21)分;尿酸盐结晶形态评分分别为(2.24±1.40)、(2.15±1.49)、(1.30±1.40)和(1.23±1.41)分。4组尿酸盐结晶体积、分布及形态评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,A与C组间、A与D组间尿酸盐结晶体积差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除A与B组、C与D组之间,其余各组尿酸盐分布、形态评分两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0083)。结论:双能数据重建层厚/间距设置对双源CT尿酸盐结晶检测有影响,建议双能数据层厚设置应小于1 mm。Purpose:To study the influence of dual-energy data reconstruction parameters on the monosodium urate(MSU)detection based on dual-energy CT.Methods:A total of 46 patients with gout,who were undergone gout dual-energy CT scan,were included in this study.Four groups with different slice thicknesses and increments were reconstructed based on the same CT raw data,they were group A:0.6 mm/0.3 mm,group B:0.75 mm/0.4 mm,group C:1.0 mm/0.5 mm,group D:1.5 mm/0.8 mm.The fields of view and the central position in the four groups were the same.The MSU were detected by the software of Dual-Energy Gout based on the dual-energy data,and volumes of the MSU were calculated automatically by the software of Volume.The distribution and shape scores of the MSU were evaluated subjectively.x2 test and the rank test were used for statistical analysis by SPSS22.0 software.Results:The MSU volumes detected in four groups were(6.93±19.36),(6.49±18.26),(6.18±17.55),and(5.42±15.18)mm^(3),the MSU distribution scores were(1.09±0.28),(1.00±0.00),(0.04±0.21),and(0.04±0.21),and the MSU shape scores were(2.24±1.40),(2.15±1.49),(1.30±1.40),and(1.23±1.41),respectively.There were statistical significant differences of the MSU volumes,distributions and shapes among four groups(P<0.05).There were significantly statistical differences between group A and C,group A and D on the MSU volumes(P<0.05).Besides group A and B,group C and D,there were significantly statistical difference of MSU distributions and shapes between the other two groups(P<0.0083).Conclusion:The reconstruction slice thickness and increment of dual-energy data had effects on the MSU detection based on Dual-energy CT.It was suggested that slice thickness of dual-energy data should be less than 1 mm.
