摘  要:血脑脊液屏障作为脑屏障的重要组成部分,对维持大脑微环境稳态及人类生命活动正常进行具有显著意义。长期以来,血脑屏障被视为脑屏障中最为重要的物质转运屏障。但随着对中枢神经系统研究的逐渐深入,人们发现血脑脊液屏障亦扮演了十分关键的角色。但是由于目前缺乏有效可视化方法,对血脑脊液屏障在疾病诊疗中作用的了解仍较为有限。本文简介了血脑脊液屏障的结构和功能特点,并进一步对其表面的潜在靶向成像及药物递送途径进行综述,以期为探索脑池显像及脑池相关疾病的诊治提供理论基础。As an important part of the brain barrier,the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier(BCSBF)is crucial for maintaining the steady state of the brain microenvironment and normal human life activities.The blood-brain barrier has long been regarded as the most important substance transport system in the brain barrier.With the research progress on substance metabolism and transport in the central nervous system,scientists have found that BCSFB also plays an important role in the brain barrier system.In this paper,the structural and functional characteristics of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)is briefly introduced,and the potential targeted imaging and drug delivery pathways on its surface eare further summarized,which provided a theoretical basis for the exploration of cisternography and the diagnosis and treatment of cistern-related diseases.
