摘 要:针对多品种、变批量、快节奏的航天地面设备产品制造,简单阐述了柔性制造的基本原理、构成和国内外应用情况及效果。并介绍了柔性制造涉及的成组技术、零点定位技术、信息化技术等关键组成,根据需求探讨了相关技术结合可行性。提出了基于柔性制造思想的航天地面设备产品制造的改善思路和实施模型。国内外多个企业应用实践表明,柔性性制造技术对航空、航天类产品制造的综合效益有明显改进,能够确保产品质量,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。In order to meet the needs of multi-variety,variable batch and fast-paced manufacturing of aerospace ground equipment products,based on understanding the basic principles,conposition,domestic and foreign applications and effects of flexible manufacturing,the key technologies involved in flexible manufacturing,such as the group technology,zero-point positioning technology and information technology etc.,are discussed.After the feasibility of simultaneously applying the above-mentioned technologies is discussed in combination with requirements,the improvement ideas and implementation models of aerospace ground equipment product manufacturing are proposed from the concept of flexible manufacturing ideas.The application practices of many domestic and foreign enterprises have shown that flexible manufacturing technology has significantly improved the conprehensive benefits of aviation and aerospace product manufacturing,can ensure product quality,increase production efficiency and reduce production costs.
