细小病毒引起犬猫疾病的差异性研究

摘　　要：细小病毒感染犬猫是如今困扰饲主的主要问题,目前无特效药,治愈率低,主要治疗原则为对症治疗和支持疗法。采用评分制记录治疗过程中犬猫体况,比较犬猫达到呕吐评分=0,腹泻评分≤1,开始进食及完全采食的时间,为临床治疗及护理提供理论依据。在细小病毒感染犬猫的治疗过程中,犬的重点护理期不小于3 d,猫的重点护理期不小于1周,且护理幼猫时,需人工强饲。调整犬猫治疗方案,减少呕吐时间和腹泻时间,可有效提高治愈率。Canine and feline parvovirus infection is the main problem of today's owners,there is no specific medicine,the cure rate is low,the main treatment principles for symptomatic treatment and support therapy.To provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and nursing care,the body condition of dogs and cats during treatment was recorded by scoring system,the vomiting score=0,the Diarrhea Score≤1,the time to start feeding and complete feeding were compared.In the treatment of Canine and feline infected with parvovirus,the period of intensive care for dogs is not less than 3 days,and the period of intensive care for cats is not less than 1 week.Adjusting the treatment plan of dogs and cats,reducing the time of vomiting and diarrhea,can effectively improve the cure rate.
