摘　　要：牛角膜炎是一种急性传染性疾病,发病过程快,发病范围广,只要在牛群中出现一只患病牛短时间的会向整个牛群传播蔓延。临床上患病牛主要表现为羞明流泪,害怕强光照射,上下眼睑出现炎性水肿,如果得不到及时有效的治疗,易造成角膜浑浊甚至失明。牛角膜炎发生后,由于害怕强光刺激,严重影响牛群的正常采食,正常休息,体重显著下降,生产能力不足,不利于提高养殖场的经济效益。该文主要论述牛结膜炎的诊断和治疗过程。Bovine keratitis is an acute form of infectious disease disease that occurs quickly and widely and can spread to entire cattle within a short period of time if a single infected cow is present in the herd.The main clinical manifestations of infected cattle are shy and bright tears,fear of strong light exposure,upper and lower eyelid inflammatory edema,if not timely and effective treatment,easy to cause corneal turbidity and even blindness.After bovine keratitis,because of fear of strong light stimulation,the cattle's normal feeding,normal rest,weight significantly decreased,insufficient production capacity,is not conducive to improve the economic efficiency of the farm.This article mainly discusses the diagnosis and treatment of bovine conjunctivitis.
