摘　　要：在沥青混合料生产运输管理过程中,经常因各部位信息不对称、沟通效率低等原因,导致生产效率低、生产成本控制薄弱。依托信息化技术开发沥青混合料生产运输管理系统,可以有效整合供应、生产、交付各工作环节的关键信息,提高生产管理效率和生产成本控制能力。笔者基于Web技术开发了一款沥青混合料生产运营管理系统,该系统包括派产、派车、定料计划、过磅4个管理模块和信息展示等共计5个主要功能,能够实现工地信息、运输信息、材料信息、设备生产信息的连通和共享,所有信息可追溯和分析,实现信息共享和联动,为沥青厂站生产运营管理提供信息化工具。During the production and transportation of asphalt mixture,the production efficiency is low and control of production cost are weak because the information asymmetry and low communication efficiency.Based on information technology,the development of asphalt mixture production and operation management system can effectively integrate the key information of supply,production and delivery and improve the efficiency of production management and control of production cost.In this paper,a management system of production and operation of asphalt mixture was developed based on Web technology.The system was consisted of five major functional modules which includes production,vehicle,material,weighing plan,and the information display.It can connect and share information of site,transportation,materials,equipment and production.All information can be traced and analyzed to realize information sharing and linkage to provide information tools for the production and operation management.This study explains the development process,basic functions and application process.It can promote the information management of asphalt plant.
