摘 要:云制造环境下云资源种类丰富且服务制约因素多,导致云制造服务质量评价困难。针对专家决策与用户评价信息的不确定性,以及评价指标类型多样的问题,提出基于直觉模糊余弦相似度的服务质量评价方法。采用可表达隶属度信息与非隶属度信息的直觉模糊数对非可量化的服务质量进行评价,并采用不受指标类型与维数限制的余弦相似度计算各个云制造服务属性值与理想值之间的相似度。对可量化与非可量化服务质量属性相似度进行加权平均得到综合相似度,依据其大小对云制造服务质量进行排序。最后,以某机床制造厂的涡轮生产为例验证了所提方法的有效性。In the cloud manufacturing environment,there are many types of cloud resources and service constraints,which make the cloud manufacturing service quality evaluation difficult.Aiming at the uncertainty of evaluation information and the variety of evaluation indicators,the service quality evaluation approach based on intuitionistic fuzzy cosine similarity was proposed.The non-quantitative service quality was evaluated by intuitionistic fuzzy number,which could express the membership degree and the non-membership degree.The similarity between the cloud manufacturing service attribute value and the ideal value was calculated by the cosine similarity which was not constrained by index type and dimension number.The weighted average of the quantifiable and non-quantizable service quality attribute similarities was used to obtain the comprehensive similarity,and the cloud manufacturing services were sorted according to the similarity.The effectiveness of the proposed approach was verified by the turbine production of a machine tool manufacturer.
