摘　　要：固体废弃物再利用不仅可以提高资源的利用率,还可以降低生产总成本。以废弃低品味硅藻土和钢渣为主要原料,制备室内装修涂料普通硅藻土,并测试多项指标。结果表明:硅藻土和钢渣随着粉磨时间的延长,比表面积随之增大,活性指数随之升高,而粉磨效率随之降低;依据活性指数优选硅藻土粉磨20 min,钢渣粉磨120 min;以硅藻土、钢渣、石英砂、脱硫石膏为原料,当水料比约为1∶1时,配置的硅藻泥状态最优,当水料比高于1∶1时,会降低施工性、强度和耐久性。Reuse of solid waste can not only improve resource utilization,but also reduce total production costs.Using waste low-taste diatomite and steel slag as the main raw materials,ordinary diatomite for interior decoration coatings was prepared,and several indexes were tested.The results show that the specific surface area of diatomite and steel slag increases with the extension of the grinding time,the activity index increases,and the grinding efficiency decreases.According to the activity index,diatomite grinding for 20 minutes,steel slag grind for 120 minutes.use diatomite,steel slag,quartz sand,and desulfurized gypsum as raw materials.When the water to material ratio is about 1∶1,the configured diatom mud is in the best state,the water to material ratio is higher than 1∶1,will reduce workability,strength and durability.
