摘  要:依托深圳市轨道交通8号线工程,对空推成洞段前100环管片验收,结合工艺特点和影响因素进行分析,得出了以下结论:初支侵限对隧道轴线偏差影响极大;回填灌浆是保证管片质量的关键;管片拼装是控制渗漏水的必要条件;空推不均匀受力是管片破损的主要因素。Based on the Shenzhen Metro Line 8 project,according to the acceptance inspection results of one hundred segments of liner of front part of the tunneling section of pushing through the mine,and taking account of the influence factors and technology characteristics,the following conclusions are drawn,the under-break of excavation of the initial support has a great influence on the axis deviation of the tunnel,backfilling grouting in time is the key to ensure the quality of the segments,the assembly of segment is a necessary condition for controlling the leakage of it,the non-uniform force is the main factor of the broken segments.
