摘 要:随着我国基建的发展,桥梁建设中钢箱系杆拱桥也得到越来越多的应用和研究。钢箱系杆拱桥外型优美,技术成熟,必将在城市轨道交通中得到更加广泛的应用和发展。以穗莞深城际铁路松福路1号特大桥1-140 m钢箱系杆拱为背景,该桥最高点距地面达60余米,跨度141.3 m,为城市轨道交通中高度最高,跨度最大的系杆拱桥。桥梁左右侧为既有公路桥,施工场地受限。结合该桥特点及所处的地理环境,在该桥的拱肋拼装中采用了一种无支架拼装方案,成功完成了拱肋合龙,节约了材料及人工成本,取得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。With the development of my country’s infrastructure,steel box tied arch bridges have also received more and more applications and researches in bridge construction.Steel box tied arch bridge has beautiful appearance and mature technology,which will be widely used and developed in urban rail transit.With the 1-140 m steel box tied arch of Songfu Road No.1 Bridge on Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway as the background,the highest point of the bridge is more than 60 meters away from the ground with a span of 141.3 m,which is the tied arch bridge with the highest height and the largest span in urban rail transit.The left and right sides of the bridge are existing highway bridges,and the construction site is limited.According to the characteristics of the bridge and its geographical environment,a bracket-free assembly scheme was adopted in the arch rib assembly of the bridge,which successfully completed the closure of the arch rib,saved material and labor costs,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
