基于三阴三阳六经辨证探析姜树民教授诊治脾胃病学术思想与经验总结

摘　　要：三阴三阳六经辨证是中医辨证论治的基础和核心。《黄帝内经》三阴三阳、阴阳开阖枢、标本中气等理论是三阴三阳六经辨证的理论基础和依据。恩师姜树民教授从医数十载,尤擅长诊治脾胃病,遣方用药独到,疗效显著。有幸侍诊左右,试用三阴三阳六经辨证理论解析老师的学术思想,并对其诊治脾胃病临床经验进行总结,略有心得,以飨同道。Syndrome differentiation of six meridians(three Yin meridians and three Yang meridians)is the foundation and core of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. The theories of "three Yin and three Yang""opening and closing pivot"and"principal-subordinate middle Qi"put forward in Inner canon of Huangdi are the theoretical basis for syndrome differentiation of six meridians(three yin meridians and three yang meridians). My mentor,professor JIANG Shumin,has been a doctor for decades,who is especially good at diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,has unique prescription and medication and has remarkable curative effect. I had the honor to accompany my teacher on the visit. Now I try to analyze the teacher’s academic thoughts by using the syndrome differentiation of six meridians(three Yin meridians and three Yang meridians),and summarize his clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Now,I’d like to state some of my experience here for the benefit of my colleagues.
