基于“通督任、调气血”理论探析程红亮主任治疗寰枢关节半脱位临床特色

摘　　要：通过临床跟诊,收集病例资料学习,并进行分析整理、归纳总结程红亮主任关于寰枢关节半脱位的"通调督任、调和气血、筋骨肉并重"学术思想和"辨证施术、调脊整复、养护结合"临床经验,同时结合验案说明。程主任治疗该病时在"通督任、调气血"的基础上,"筋骨肉并重"论治,并从患者体质及病情考虑,施以针刺为主,或结合艾灸、方药治疗方案进行辨证施术,并予以手法复位,嘱患者养护结合,将中医针灸、手法的优势技术有机的组合在一起,常收效甚佳。程红亮主任诊治寰枢关节半脱位思路独特、方法多样而简单,常达到较好的疗效,值得在临床中进行推广和应用。Through clinical follow-up,collecting case data,analyzing and summarizing,director CHENG Hongliang’s academic thoughts on"regulating Du and Ren meridian,harmonizing Qi and blood,both muscles,bones and flesh"and clinical experience of"syndrome differentiation,chiropractic,and maintenance"about atlanto-axial subluxation. At the same time,combined with the verification instructions.In the process of treatment,he based on"regulating Du and Ren meridian,harmonizing Qi and blood",and equal emphasis on"muscle and bones",then assessing the condition and physique for choosing treatment schemes like taking acupuncture or with moxibustion and prescription,also giving manual reset,instructing patients to combine care and maintenance. Director CHENG Hongliang’s has a unique idea about diagnosis and treatment of atlanto-axial subluxation,the method is simple,and has a significant effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
