苦参碱及氧化苦参碱诱导肿瘤细胞自噬作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤的发展过程涉及到的反应众多,是一个连续性的、复杂系数较高的过程。随着近几年研究活动的全面开展,对于肿瘤发展过程也加以了全面的研究,并对于介入调控肿瘤整个发育过程进行了全面的探究。苦参作为中草药具有靶向治疗癌症、不良反应小等优势,一直是近年来肿瘤工作的主要内容。苦参碱及氧化苦参碱作为苦参的主要有效活性物质,被发现可以以剂量/时间依赖性方式诱导肿瘤细胞的自噬。追踪近几年国内外文献,对相关药物参与癌细胞治疗以及相关作用机理的实际研究情况进行了深入的探讨和论述。Tumor is a process of multi-factor,multi-stage,complex. In recent years,studies have found that autophagy is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors,and is involved in the regulation of tumor formation,proliferation,metastasis and energy metabolism. As a Chinese herbal medicine,sophora flavescens has the characteristics of killing tumor cells with multiple targets and little side effects. Matrine and oxymatrine,as the main active substances of matrine,have been found to induce autophagy in tumor cells in a dose/time dependent manner. The mechanism of matrine and oxymatrine in inhibiting tumor by participating in autophagy of cancer cells was reviewed.
