摘　　要：结合部门工作制度和实际工程经验,从心理革命、组织管理、作业管理三个方面详细介绍了泰勒科学管理理论在基建管理工作中的应用,拓展其应用范围,以期为丰富基建管理理论体系提供借鉴。Combined with the department's work system and practical engineering experience,this paper introduces the application of Taylor's scientific management theory in infrastructure management from three aspects:psychological revolution,organization management and operation management,hoping to expand the application scope of this theory and provide reference for improving the theoretical system of infrastructure construction management.
