摘  要:高压直流系统故障电流极快速的上升速度对系统安全稳定运行产生严重影响。永磁偏置磁饱和型高压直流限流技术是一种经济可靠的抑制高压直流系统故障电流快速上升的方法,但现有的磁阻网络计算法无法考虑永磁体漏磁效应带来的计算误差,导致设计计算结果不准确,因此亟待研究该类限流器的设计方法。该文提出一种基于高阶麦克劳林展开的磁通管区段拟合方法,能有效计及永磁体漏磁效应,进而精确计算限流器工作电感值,为该类限流器及永磁偏磁型电力设备提供设计方法。首先计算不同漏磁区段等效磁导值,其次重构限流器等效磁导网络,最后计算得到限流器电感值及相关尺寸参数。多组有限元仿真及样机试验结果表明,该文所提出方法较常规方法准确度等级提高约20%,且计算时间大大缩短,符合装备设计实际需求。The extremely fast rising speed of the fault current in modern HVDC system has always been a big threat to both operating devices and system.Permanent magnet biased saturated core type fault current limiter is a promising way to limit the fault current of HVDC system by inserting an automatically changed inductor.However,the existing calculation and design process neglects the leakage effect caused by permanent magnet,resulting in a compromised accuracy.A precise design method,therefore,is necessary.In this study,a novel design and calculation method based on the high order Maclaurin approximation segment fitting strategy of the magnetic conductance was proposed,which considered the leakage effect of the permanent magnet.In this case,a more precise design method can be derived for this kind of electric facility.Firstly,different parts of magnetic conductance were calculated,then the magnetic conductance matrix was reconstructed.Finally,inductance value as well as relevant parameters can be obtained.Simulations based on finite element analysis and experiment results verified that compared with traditional method,proposed method can have about 20%increase in accuracy,while the calculation time can be greatly reduced.The proposed method is suitable in practical facility design procedure.
