摘 要:建设虚拟实验能推动精密、昂贵且操作复杂的实验在基础物理实验教学中开展,满足学生多元化的学习需求,实现新冠疫情下实验课程"停课不停学"。该文介绍了一种原子力显微镜虚拟实验平台。该平台基于PID控制、悬臂运动、探针-样品相互作用力等多种模型对原子力显微镜整个操作流程进行建模,采用Unity3D技术将原子力显微镜仪器虚拟化。结合实际操作和实验课程需求进行实验内容设计,并通过人机交互式操作实现对学生的教学与考核。The construction of virtual experiments can promote the development of sophisticated and expensive experiments with complex operation in basic physics experimental teaching, which meets the diverse learning needs of students and carries out the experimental course with "Class-suspended but still learning" under the COVID-19 epidemic situation. This paper introduces an AFM(atomic force microscope) virtual experimental platform which visualizes the entire operation process of AFM, based on various models such as PID control, cantilever motion, and probe-sample interaction force. The Unity3 D is utilized to virtualize AFM instruments. The experimental contents are well-designed according to the actual operation and experimental course requirements to complete teaching and assessment of students through human-computer interaction.
