摘 要:为解决短时降雨和高湿度条件下配网遮蔽用具绝缘性能急剧下降的问题,将硬质化疏水性的纳米SiO2涂料均匀喷涂在绝缘子遮蔽罩表面,对三种不同绝缘子遮蔽罩样品的憎水性能、沿面放电电压和泄漏电流的影响展开了试验分析,并结合图像识别技术对不同表面的水珠形态分布进行了分析。试验结果表明:涂有疏水涂料绝缘子遮蔽罩的憎水性从HC5提升到HC2;在干燥条件下,三种不同绝缘子遮蔽罩样品的干闪电压相差不大且差异在5%以内,在淋雨条件下两种疏水涂料P-EL88和CSS的湿闪电压比无涂层样品高75%以上,泄漏电流是无涂层样品的1/9左右;疏水涂层表面水珠的占空比和粒径大小均小于无涂层表面。其中硬质疏水涂层P-EL88的应用效果最好,可显著提高遮蔽用具表面的憎水性和改善淋雨条件下的绝缘性能。For solving the problem of sharp drop of insulation performance of distribution network cover appliance at the condition of short-time rainfall and high humidity,the toughing hydrophobic nano-SiO2 coating is uniformly sprayed on the surface of cover of insulator. The influence of hydrophobicity,surface discharge voltage and leakage current of three kinds of samples of insulator covers are tested and analyzed and the morphological distribution of water droplets on different surfaces is analyzed with combination of image recognition technology. It is shown by the test result that the hydrophobicity of insulator cover coated with hydrophobic coating increases from HC5 to HC2. Under dry condition,the difference of dry flashover voltage of samples of the three different insulator covers is little and is within 5%. While,under the rain condition,the wet flashover voltage of P-El88 coating and CSS coating is higher than the sample without the coating by 75% and the leakage current is about 1/9 that of the uncoated sample. The duty ratio and particle size of water droplets on the hydrophobic coating surface are smaller than those of the uncoated surface. The application sample effect toughing hydrophobic coating P-EL88 is the best,which can enhance significantly the surface hydrophobicity of the cover appliance and improve its insulation performance at the rain condition.
