摘  要:目的了解北京市媒体从业人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)的知识行为现状及需求,为加强媒体从业人员健康素养,有效促进政府与媒体沟通,科学应对突发公共卫生事件媒体传播提供依据。方法采用典型抽样的方法,分别从与北京市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)合作的传统媒体、新媒体、户外电子媒体三大类媒体中随机抽取710名媒体从业人员进行网络问卷调查,分析媒体从业人员的对COVID-19的知识、行为现状及需求差异。结果媒体从业人员COVID-19总体防护知识知晓率和行为形成率分别为77.68%和82.30%,不同媒体类型(χ^(2)=36.942,P<0.001)及不同岗位(χ^(2)=35.915,P<0.001)的媒体从业人员COVID-19防护知识总体知晓率差异有统计学意义。不同媒体类型人员防护行为总体形成率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=63.806,P<0.001)。媒体从业人员对COVID-19最关注的内容为科学研究进展(84.20%),最喜欢的形式是短视频(66.52%),对COVID-19知识获取的总体满意度评价为84.65%,政府、CDC和卫健委是媒体从业人员最关注的信息来源。结论北京市媒体从业人员对COVID-19知识、行为现状与满意度较好,不同类型的媒体从业人员在COVID-19知识与行为方面存在一定差异,应根据不同媒体需求提供有针对性的宣教。Objective To understand the current cognitive behavior and demand of media practitioners in Beijing on coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to provide basis for strengthening the health literacy of media practitioners,effectively promoting communication between the government and the media,and scientifically responding to media communication of public health emergencies.Methods Using a typical sampling method,an internet-based questionnaire survey was conducted among 710 media practitioners randomly selected from the three categories of traditional media,new media and outdoor electronic media cooperated with Beijing Center for Disease Prevention and Control.And the differences of media practitioner’s knowledge,behavior status and demand on COVID-19 were analyzed.Results The overall awareness and the behavioral formation rate of COVID-19 protection among media practitioners were 77.68%and 82.30%,respectively,with statistically significant differences in the overall awareness rate of COVID-19 protection knowledges among different media types(χ^(2)=36.942,P<0.001)and different positions(χ^(2)=35.915,P<0.001).The overall formation rate of protective behavior among different media types was statistically significant(χ^(2)=63.806,P<0.001).The content of COVID-19 that media practitioners were most concerned about was the progress of scientific research(84.20%),the most preferred format was short videos(66.52%).The overall satisfaction rate for COVID-19 knowledge acquisition was 84.65%,with the government,CDC and Health Commission being the most popular sources of information for media practitioners.Conclusions Media practitioners in Beijing have high level of knowledge awareness and satisfaction with COVID-19.There are some differences in COVID-19 knowledge and behavior among different types of media practitioner.We should provide targeted propaganda according to the demand of different media.
