摘　　要：目的分析2005-2019年北京市海淀区肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS)的流行病学特征,为制定海淀区疫情防控措施提供参考依据。方法收集传染病报告信息管理系统中2005-2019年北京市海淀区肾综合征出血热的疫情信息,对其流行特征进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2005-2019年北京市海淀区累计报告病例48例,死亡1例,年平均发病率为0.10/10万,病死率为2.08%。全区29个行政地区中,只有5个地区没有病例报告。发病时间主要集中在3~6月,占64.58%。男性多于女性(3.36∶1),发病年龄主要集中在20~49岁,发病人群以干部职员为主。结论2005-2019年北京市海淀区肾综合征出血热发病呈高度散发状态并维持在较低发病水平,应继续做好疫情监测、防鼠灭鼠及防病知识宣传工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)in Haidian district of Beijing from 2005 to 2019,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of HFRS in Haidian district.Methods The epidemic information of HFRS in Haidian district of Beijing from 2005 to 2019 was collected in the infectious disease reporting information management system,and its epidemiological characteristics were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results From 2005 to 2019,a total of 48 cases and 1 death were reported in Haidian district of Beijing.The average annual incidence rate was 0.10/10000,and the case fatality rate was 2.08%.Of the 29 administrative districts,only 5 have no case reports.The time of onset was mainly from March to June,accounting for 64.58%.Male was more than female(3.36∶1),the age of onset was mainly 20-49 years old,and cadres and staff were the main population.Conclusions From 2005 to 2019,the incidence of HFRS in Haidian district of Beijing was highly sporadic and maintained at a low incidence level.We should continue to do a good job in epidemic surveillance,rat control and disease prevention knowledge publicity.
