摘　　要：该文通过引入QHSE体系的观点及基本内容,阐明了建立和实施高校实验室QHSE管理体系的必要性;通过借鉴石油、化工、食品等大型企业先进的QHSE系统经验,从高校实验室的人、物以及管理层面出发,找出高校实验室QHSE体系构建过程中可能存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施,建立适用于高校实验室安全管理的QHSE管理体系,以期优化实验室安全管理工作,提高高校实验室安全管理水平。By introducing the viewpoint and basic content of the QHSE system, the necessity of establishing and implementing the QHSE management system of university laboratories is clarified, and the QHSE system experience of large enterprises such as petroleum, chemical, food, etc., is learned. Based on the advanced experience of large enterprises such as petroleum, chemical industry, food and so on, and from the aspects of human, material and management of university laboratory, this paper finds out the possible problems in the process of building the system, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. A safety management system suitable for the laboratory of colleges and universities is established so as to optimize the laboratory safety management and improve the level of laboratory safety management.
