摘  要:针对某车辆动力传动系统,考虑发动机激励及系统结构关键设计参数,采用集中质量法建立传动系统动力学模型。在发动机激励变化的输入载荷下,分别对含不同结构设计参数的动力学模型进行仿真分析,对比最优设计参数状态下传动系统的动态响应。研究结果表明:发动机输出扭矩突然变化时,车辆在tip-in过程中会产生传动系统异响及车辆顿挫感;传动间隙的变化可以缓解齿轮啮合冲击现象,从而改善车辆瞬态过程的异响状态。飞轮扭转刚度及惯量、驱动半轴扭转刚度的变化对轮毂运动冲击状态影响显著,影响车辆的平顺性。In this paper,considering the engine excitation and key parameters of the transmission system,a dynamic model of the transmission system was established by the centralized mass method.Under the condition that the engine excitation changes,the dynamic model with different parameters is simulated and analyzed,and the dynamic response of the optimal parameter transmission system is compared.The research results show that when the engine output torque changes suddenly,the vehicle will cause abnormal noise in the transmission system and vehicle’s frustration during the tip-in process.The optimization of gear clearance can improve the gear meshing shock phenomenon,thereby improving the abnormal noise phenomenon of the vehicle.The parameters of the torsional stiffness and the inertia of the flywheel and the torsional stiffness of the driving half-shaft have a significant influence on the impact state of the hub,thereby affecting the ride comfort of the vehicle.
