摘 要:为解决目前三相电流源型变流器网侧电流谐波失真,直流侧电感电流纹波较大的问题。在传统6扇区空间矢量调制基础上,提出一种新型12扇区空间矢量调制策略,将该策略与6扇区调制策略进行深入对比分析后,合理地协调电流矢量作用顺序,减少开关管换流次数,从而降低开关管损耗。在不改变滤波器参数的前提下,有效减小直流侧电感电流纹波,使网侧电流畸变也得到一定改善。最后,搭建一台20 kW三相电流源型变流器实验样机,验证了提出的新型调制策略的有效性。The grid-side current and DC-side current quality are significant indicators for evaluating the converter.In order to solve the current-phase current harmonic distortion of the three-phase current source converter and the larger DC-side inductor current ripple,based on the traditional six-sector space vector modulation,a new twelve-sector space vector modulation strategy is proposed.After the detailed comparison and analysis of this strategy with the six-sector modulation strategy,the current vector action sequence can be reasonably coordinated to reduce switching commutation times and switching losses.Also under the no need of changing the filter parameters,the DC-side inductor current ripple can be effectively reduced,and a more sinusoidal grid-side current waveform can be obtained.Finally,the proposed method was implemented on an experimental prototype of a 20kW three-phase current source converter platform.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy proposed.
