摘　　要：作为发展绿色金融的重要基础,企业环境信用评价制度是一项重要的环境经济管理手段。当前,我国企业环境信用评价制度处于全面铺开、快速发展的阶段,同时存在评价内容有待深化、金融机构义务缺乏具体规则、企业环境信用修复机制缺失等制度性缺陷。建议成立专门机构约束企业环境信用评价的指标设计、建立信用修复制度、促进环境信用评价制度法制化等方式,进一步完善。The enterprise environmental credit evaluation system is an important means of environmental economic management,and is also regarded as an important basis for the development of green finance.At present,the system of enterprise environmental credit evaluation in China is in the stage of comprehensive spread and rapid development,but there are still many institutional defect such as evaluation content needs to be deepened、financial institutions lack of obligation of specific rules、corporate environmental credit repair mechanism lacking and so on.Thus,the state should Setting up a special institution to restrict the index design of enterprise environment credit evaluation、establishing the system of credit repair and Promoting the legalization of environmental credit evaluation system to improve the system.
