摘 要:本文基于ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了风电中空夹层钢管混凝土结构塔筒在纯扭往复荷载作用下的“壳-实体”精细有限元模型,并进行了数值模拟计算。有限元模型计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,对风电中空夹层钢管混凝土结构塔筒在纯扭往复荷载作用下的变形过程、破坏形态和机理进行了分析。研究表明,风电中空夹层钢管混凝土结构塔筒在达到极限承载力之前,具有较好的组合工作性能,风电中空夹层钢管混凝土结构塔筒在往复扭矩作用下的破坏过程为钢管的鼓曲变形进一步发展为鼓曲区域钢材低周疲劳开裂破坏,同时提出了风电中空夹层钢管混凝土结构塔筒受扭承载力简化计算方法,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可用于工程设计参考。In this paper,based on ABAQUS finite element software,a"shell-solid"finite element model of a hybrid wind turbine tower with steel-concrete-steel double-skin composite shell under cyclic torsion loads was established,and numerical simulation was carried out.The calculation results of the finite element model were in good agreement with the test results.On this basis,the deformation process,failure form and mechanism of the steel-concrete-steel double-skin composite shell under cyclic torsion loads were analyzed.The results showed that the hybrid steel-concrete-steel double-skin composite shell tower had good performance before reaching the ultimate torque bearing capacity.The failure process is first the bulging deformation of the steel tubes,and then further develops into the low-cycle fatigue cracking failure in the bulging area.In addition,a simplified calculation method for the torsion bearing capacity of the steel-concrete-steel double-skin composite shell was proposed.The calculation results were in good agreement with the test results and can be used as a reference for engineering design.
