摘  要:顶管作为一种良好的非开挖工艺,在各类城市地下管线的实施中越来越常见。各类复杂地质条件往往给顶管的顺利实施形成了制约,特别是高含水松散砂层中的顶管施工,屡屡发生顶管本体事故或对周边环境造成破坏。本文结合某大直径顶管在高含水松散粉细砂层中的顶进时引发地层塌陷的工程实例,分析了地层塌陷产生的原因,并结合地质条件、场地限制和施工技术,采取了有针对性的处置措施,保障了工程的顺利进展。最后针对高含水松散砂层中的顶管设计及施工提出了建议,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。As a good trenchless process,pipe jacking is becoming more and more common in the implemen-tation of various kinds of urban underground pipelines.The construction of pipe jacking is often restricted by complicated geological conditions,especially in high-water-bearing sand layers,which often causes pipe jacking accidents or damages to the surrounding environment.Based on an engineering example of strata collapse caused by a large-diameter pipe jacking in high-water-bearing loose silt fine sand layer,this article analyzed the causes of stratum collapse.Combined with geological conditions,site restrictions and construction technique,some tar-geted disposal treatments were taken to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Finally,some suggestions for the design and construction of pipe jacking in high-water-bearing loose sand layer were put forward,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
