摘　　要：结合数据分析阐述杭州城市燃气管网目前的运行现状和存在问题。详细论述了杭州市燃气集团有限公司基于检修一体化的地下燃气管网区域运行管理方案。通过实施前后各项KPI指标的对比分析,得出燃气管网运行实施区域运行管理的优势。Combined with datum analysis,this paper expounds the current operation status and the existing problems of Hangzhou urban gas pipeline network,and discusses the regional operation management scheme of Hangzhou Gas Group Co.,Ltd.based on the integration of maintenance and repair of underground gas pipeline network in detail.Through the comparative analysis of various KPI indicators before and after the implementation,the advantages of regional operation management in gas pipeline network operation are obtained.
