摘 要:通过对移动通信、图像识别和互联网技术在聚乙烯PE管焊接中的应用研究,建立了工程设备的物联网模型,实现对PE管焊接数据的实时采集和对焊接质量的过程动态控制。利用卫星导航系统和RTK技术对焊缝位置进行精确定位,可有效解决PE管埋地位置难以探测的问题。通过采集和分析压力试验数据,控制试压过程,验证焊缝的可靠性。可追溯性的数据有力保证了PE管的施工质量,保证竣工资料的真实性。是实现城市燃气管网智能化管理的重要支撑。Based on the application of mobile communication,image recognition and Internet technology in PE pipe welding,the Internet of things model of engineering equipment is established to realize the real-time acquisition of PE pipe welding data and the dynamic control of welding quality.Using satellite navigation system and RTK technology to accurately locate the weld position can effectively solve the problem which is difficult to detect the buried position of PE pipe.By collecting and analyzing the pressure test data,the pressure test process is controlled,and the reliability of the weld is verified.The traceable data effectively ensure the construction quality of PE pipe and the authenticity of completion data.It is an important support to realize the intelligent management of urban gas network.
