摘　　要：目的探讨通过微信进行护理干预对手足畸形婴幼儿家长照顾能力及疾病不确定感的影响。方法2019年3月至8月,选择手足畸形婴幼儿患者96例为研究对象,采用非同期分组。对照组(n=48)给予常规护理,观察组(n=48)在常规护理基础上,通过微信进行护理干预。分别在干预前、出院前1 d及术后14 d拆线时评估两组患儿家长照顾能力和疾病不确定感,并在出院前进行住院患儿家长满意度调查。结果干预前,两组患儿家长照顾能力、疾病不确定感差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d及术后14 d拆线时,观察组患儿家长照顾能力、疾病不确定感均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院前患儿家长满意度调查结果也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信进行护理干预可提高患儿家长照顾能力,降低疾病不确定感,提升住院患儿家长的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on WeChat on the parental care ability and disease uncertainty of infants with hand-foot deformity.Methods From March 2019 to August 2019,96 infants with hand-foot deformity were selected by asynchronous grouping.Patients in control group(n=48)were given routine nursing,while patients in observation group(n=48)were given WeChat nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Before intervention,1 day before discharge and 14 days after surgery,the parents'care ability and disease uncertainty of the two groups were evaluated,and the parents'satisfaction was investigated before discharge.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in parents'care ability and disease uncertainty between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge and 14 days after surgery,the parental care ability and disease uncertainty in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of parent satisfaction survey before discharge in the observation group were also better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on WeChat can improve the parental care ability,reduce the sense of disease uncertainty,and improve the satisfaction of parents of hospitalized children.
