民族融合背景下的昆明地区现代化农村自建民居问题和方法探究

摘　　要：在乡村振兴的大背景下,党和国家都非常重视农村现代化建设、农民现代化生活的问题,昆明市在民族融合的背景下,独特的农民民居形式和农民的现代化生活有契合之处也有冲突之处。在探讨现代生活方式和传统村庄民居、聚落的空间冲突中,提出现代车辆和传统道路、民居布局之间的冲突,现代生活家具、设施和传统民居空间布局的冲突,现代盥洗方式和传统民居给排水问题的冲突等问题,提出道路和停车设施有机建设,传统空间合理演化以适应现代生活设施的要求,传统民居尺度进化以适应现代生活方式需求等农村现代化民居设计方法。得出在现代化农村民居设计中应当注意政府发布的乡村建筑设计指导手册,农村民居现代化建设和农村产业发展相互配合,农村民居现代化建设具有内在驱动力等结论。为昆明地区的农村民居现代化做出指导。In the context of rural revitalization,the Party and the government attach great importance to the rural modernization construction and farmers'modern life.In the context of ethnic integration,the unique form of farmers'houses fit,but sometimes contradict,with their modern life in Kunming.In discussing the conflict between the modern way of living and the traditional style of dwellings,we found the conflict between the modern vehicle and the traditional road and dwelling layout,the conflict between the modern living furniture,facilities and the traditional residential spatial layout,the conflict between the modern toilet mode and the traditional residential water supply and drainage,and the organic construction of road and parking facilities.The traditional space evolves reasonably to meet the requirements of modern living facilities,and the scale of traditional dwellings evolves to meet the needs of modern lifestyle and other modern rural residential design methods.It is concluded that in the design of modern rural residential buildings,attention should be paid to the guidance manuals issued by the government,the mutual cooperation between the modernization of rural residential buildings and the development of rural industry,and the internal driving force of the modernization of rural residential buildings,so as to guide the modernization of rural dwellings in Kunming.
