山区综合开发研究——以云南省弥勒市为例

摘　　要：弥勒市山区是弥勒市发展的短板和弱项,发展程度低,与坝区发展差距明显。但山区并不是包袱,而是财富,山区的潜力是巨大的,大规模山区综合开发的实施,必将使山区创造更多的财富,摆脱落后状况,走上新的发展道路,汇入时代的洪流。不断探索、积极寻找适合中国国情的山区综合开发路子,争取让全社会都参与到山区综合开发中来。基于对弥勒市7个山区乡镇的调研数据,分析弥勒市山区发展滞后的原因,发现山区综合开发是个系统工程,需要充分调动各方积极因素,投入到山区综合开发中来。The mountainous area of Mile City is a shortcoming and weakness in the development of Mile City.The level of development is low,and there is a clear gap with the development of the dam area.However,mountainous areas are not burdens,but wealth.The potential of mountainous areas is huge.The implementation of large-scale comprehensive development of mountainous areas will surely enable mountainous areas to create more wealth,get rid of backwardness,embark on a new development path,and fit into the times.We will continue to explore and actively look for ways of comprehensive development in mountainous areas that are suitable for China's national conditions,and strive for the participation of the whole society in the comprehensive development of mountainous areas.Based on the analysis of the research data of 7 mountainous towns in Mile City and the analysis of the reasons for the lagging development of these areas,it is found that the comprehensive development of mountainous areas is a systematic project,and the positive factors of all parties need to be fully mobilized to invest in the comprehensive development of mountainous areas.
