摘　　要：截至2019年,我国西部12省区市共计有非省会城市地方本科高校113所(包括独立学院),在西部地区地方本科高校(290所)中的比例达39.0%,几近“五分天下有其二”。本文在对这些高校的设置历史、科类结构、地域分布情况进行分析总结的基础上,就我国西部地区非省会城市地方本科高校的后续发展提出了若干建议。By far in 2019,there are a total of 113 local colleges and universities(including independent colleges)in non-provincial capital cities in 12 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of western China.They account for 39.0%of the local colleges and universities(290)in the western region,which is almost“two out of five”.There are two in the world.Based on the analysis and summary of the establishment history,discipline structure,and geographical distribution of these colleges and universities,this article puts forward some suggestions on the follow-up development of local colleges and universities in non-provincial capital cities of western China.
