摘 要:目的探究肠道菌群在类风湿关节炎(RA)发生中的分布及其临床意义。方法选取RA患者20例和同期健康对照组20例作为研究对象。对两组患者的肠道菌群进行高通量测序,比较两组的OTU菌群丰度、α-多样性、β-多样性、菌群分布及LEfSe差异分析。结果RA组的OTU菌群丰度、α-多样性、β-多样性低于对照组。RA组的Intes⁃tinibacter菌属的丰度增加,乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、大肠志贺氏杆菌(Escherichia shigella)、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella)、Candidatus Saccharimonas菌属、Odoribacter菌属、肠球菌属(Enterococcus)丰度降低。结论RA患者肠道菌群丰度明显低于健康人,部分菌群存在明显差异,改变肠道菌群结构可能是今后RA治疗的一个研究方向。Objective To investigate the distribution and clinical significance of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Totally 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and 20 healthy control groups were selected as the study subjects.High-throughput sequencing was performed on the intestinal flora of the two groups,and the abundance,α-diversity,β-diversity,distribution of OTU flora and LEfSe differences of the two groups were compared.Results The intestinal flora abundance,α-diversity andβ-diversity of RA group were lower than those of control group.The abundance of intestinibacter increased,the abundance of Lactobacillus,Escherichia shigella,Klebsiella,Candidatus Saccharimonas,Odoribacter and Enterococcus decreased in the RA.Conclusion The intestinal flora abundance of RA patients is obviously lower than that of healthy people,and some of the flora have obvious differences.Therefore,changing the intestinal flora structure may be a research direction for the treatment of RA in the future.
