摘 要:微放电效应是一种在真空电磁环境中发生的二次电子倍增谐振放电效应,是一种发生在空间轨道航天器微波载荷系统内部的特殊电磁效应问题。近年来,针对宇航级高功率微波器部件载荷,进行微放电阈值检测越发重要。该文依托公司研制的微放电效应检测系统,首先对微放电效应产生机理、发生条件及其危害进行介绍,描述开展微放电效应检测的现实应用背景;其次,着重介绍了前向/后向功率检测法,前向/后向功率调零检测法、谐波检测法、近载波互调产物检测法、近载波噪声检测法等目前国内外主要的检测方法。随后,对检测系统组成进行了简要说明,同时对系统发展现状进行介绍;最后,结合航天器微波载荷技术发展趋势,介绍了微放电效应检测技术的后续发展情况。Multipactor effect is a kind of secondary electron multiplier resonant discharge effect which occurs in vacuum electromagnetic environment.It is a special electromagnetic effect problem which occurs in the microwave loading system of space orbit spacecraft.In recent years,it is more and more important to detect the threshold of Multipactor for aerospace high power microwave components.In this paper,based on the detection system of Multipactor effect developed by the company,the mechanism,occurrence conditions and hazards of Multipactor effect are firstly introduce,and the practical application background of Multipactor effect detection is described.Secondly,it focuses on the Forward/Reflected power detection method,Forward/Reflected power Nulling detection method,harmonic detection method,near carrier intermodulation product detection method,near carrier noise detection method and other main detection methods at home and abroad.Then,the composition of the detection system is briefly explained,and the development status of the system is introduced.Finally,with the development trend of spacecraft microwave loading technology,the follow-up development of micro-discharge effect detection technology is introduced.
