摘  要:目的了解白纹伊蚊密度情况及常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为合理选用杀虫剂,有效防治登革热媒介伊蚊提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数法、诱蚊诱卵器法、双层叠帐法监测白纹伊蚊密度,成蚊接触筒法进行白纹伊蚊成蚊抗药性监测。结果2019年5—7月白纹伊蚊布雷图指数在控制登革热传播的阈值内;8月布雷图指数为14.70,有暴发风险;9月布雷图指数为21.25,有区域流行风险。在白纹伊蚊密度高峰期,平均诱蚊诱卵器指数为25,平均叮咬指数为18.92只/(人·h)。抗药性监测结果表明,白纹伊蚊成蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、马拉硫磷、残杀威均敏感。结论建议加强白纹伊蚊防治知识宣传,及时清除容器积水防止幼虫孳生,并合理使用杀虫剂。Objective To understand the density and insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus in Tai’an City,and provide scientific basis for the rational selection of insecticides and the effective control.Methods The density of Aedes albopictus was monitored with the methods of Breteau index,oviposition index and double layer net trap,and the resistance of Aedes albopictus was bioassayed with forced tarsal contact test.Results The Breton indexes of Aedes albopictus were within control threshold of dengue transmission from May to July;the Breteau index was 14.70 in August with an outbreak risk,21.25 in September with a regional epidemic risk.At the peak season of Aedes albopictus,the average oviposition index was 25,and the average biting index was 18.92 insects per person in an hour.The adults of Aedes albopictus were sensitive to permethrin,deltamethrin,cypermethrin,malathion and propoxur.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the publicity of prevention and control knowledge,timely remove the water in containers to prevent larva breeding,and apply insecticides reasonably.
