摘 要:目的了解东城区2014—2016年成蚊种类构成、密度动态及季节消长趋势,为蚊虫防治工作提供依据。方法采用CO2诱蚊灯法进行蚊密度监测。结果2014—2016年共捕获蚊虫2427只,蚊密度为0.80只/(灯·h),淡色库蚊为东城区优势种,占捕获总数的70.58%,其次是白纹伊蚊;蚊总密度高峰集中在6月中旬至9月上旬,不同蚊种蚊密度季节消长曲线不同,其中淡色库蚊呈双峰型,白纹伊蚊呈单峰型;不同生境中以公园绿地密度最高,为0.95只/(灯·h),其次为居民区,为0.94只/(灯·h)。结论基本掌握了东城区蚊密度、种类构成及季节消长情况,蚊虫防治应采取综合防治措施。Objective To understand the species composition,density dynamics and seasonality of mosquitoes in Dongcheng District of Beijing from 2014 to 2016,and provide scientific basis for mosquitoes control.Methods CO2 lamp trapping method was adopted in mosquito monitoring.Results A total of 2427 mosquitoes were captured,and the average density was 0.80 insects per lamp in an hour.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant mosquito species in Dongcheng District,accounting for 70.58%,followed by Aedes albopictus.The peak period of mosquito density was between middle June and early September.The seasonal fluctuation curves of mosquito density were different among different mosquito species.The seasonal adult density dynamics of Culex pipiens pallens was a double peak curve,while the density of Aedes albopictus was a single peak curve.Among different environments,the highest density of mosquitoes was in parks,reaching 0.95 insects per lamp in an hour,followed by residential,reaching 0.94 insects per lamp in an hour.Conclusion The mosquito density,species composition and seasonal fluctuation in Dongcheng District were preliminary understood.Comprehensive control measures should be taken to control mosquitoes.
