摘 要:目的分析比较嘉定区不同环境类型突击灭鼠前后鼠类侵害情况,评价突击灭鼠的作用。方法采用鼠迹法在春、秋季突击灭鼠前后各进行1次鼠情调查,查看防鼠设施情况,计算鼠征阳性率。结果春季突击灭鼠前鼠征阳性率为6.02%,防鼠设施合格率为74.78%,突击灭鼠后鼠征阳性率为2.76%,防鼠设施合格率为78.14%。秋季突击灭鼠前鼠征阳性率为8.50%,防鼠设施合格率为68.10%,突击灭鼠后鼠征阳性率为4.09%,防鼠设施合格率为79.12%。农贸集市、建筑拆迁工地、餐饮店(非大型商业中心)等环境防鼠设施合格率低,鼠密度较高。医院、机关单位、学校等防鼠设施合格率高,鼠密度较低。结论突击灭鼠可短期内显著降低鼠密度,但不具有长效性。Objective To analyze and compare the infestation of rodents before and after the Assault Action of different environmental types, and to evaluate the role of Assault Action in Jiading District.Methods Rodent trace method was employed in the investigation before and after the assault rodent control in spring and autumn.The rodent control facilities were checked, and the positive rates were calculated.Results In spring, the positive rates of rodent traces were 6.02% before assault rodent control and 2.76% after assault rodent control, while the qualified rates of rodent control facilities were 74.78% before assault rodent control and 78.14% after assault rodent control.In autumn, the positive rates of rodent traces were 8.50% before assault rodent control and 4.09% after assault rodent control, while the qualified rates of rodent control facilities were 68.10% before assault rodent control and 79.12% after assault rodent control.Farmers ’markets, building demolition sites, restaurants(non-large commercial centers) and other facilities had lower qualified rates and high rodent densities, while hospitals, institutions, schools and other rodent control facilities had higher qualified rates and lower rodent densities.Conclusion Assaulting rodent control can significantly reduce the density of rats for a short time, but it does not have long-term effects.
