摘  要:采用传统的固相烧结法制备了C_(3)S矿物相,基于Parrot-Killoh(PK)水化动力学模型和GEM-Selektor软件研究了蒸养条件下C_(3)S水化热动力学特征,并与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:蒸汽养护能够明显促进C_(3)S前期的水化,但会抑制其后期的水化,且养护温度越高,这种现象越明显,当水化至90 d龄期时,五种养护条件下的C_(3)S水化程度基本相同。养护温度的升高对C-S-H凝胶中CaO与SiO_(2)的物质的量比(C/S)的影响不大,但会降低H2O与SiO_(2)的物质的量比(H/S)。而GEM-Selektor软件在模拟计算养护温度对C/S的影响时结果较为准确,对H/S的模拟计算无论是在数值大小还是变化趋势上误差都较大。The mineral phase of C_(3)S was prepared by a conventional solid phase sintering method.The thermodynamics and kinetics of C_(3)S under steam curing were studied based on Parrot-Killoh(PK)model and GEM-Selektor,and compared with experimental results.The results show that steam curing can significantly promote the hydration degree of C_(3)S in the early stage,but it will obstacle the hydration in the later age,this phenomenon is more obvious for C_(3)S that under higher constant temperature.At 90 days,the hydration degree of C_(3)S are basically same for five curing conditions.The increase of constant temperature has little effect on the C/S of C-S-H gel,but it will reduce the H/S of C-S-H gel.GEM-Selektor is accurate in the simulation calculation of the effect of constant temperature on C/S,but the H/S has a larger error in both numerical value and trend with increasing of constant temperature.
